Terms and Conditions – Moniker Man

INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions govern your purchases from – and your use of – the website www.monikerman.no. and constitute an agreement between you and Moniker Man , a sub-brand of MONIKER SPORT AS , organization number 922918619, Valkyriegata 3, 0366 Oslo, Norway (hereinafter referred to as “MONIKER SPORT” or “MONIKER SPORT AS”).

By making a purchase from and using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic order confirmation to the email address you provided when purchasing.
It is important that you provide the correct email address.
We recommend that you save this confirmation, as it serves as your receipt and proof of purchase.

PAYMENT

Card payment
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express via secure payment services provided by Nets. Payments are handled with secure encryption in accordance with strict banking standards.
Your card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read by others.
Moniker Sport does not charge additional fees for card payments, but your bank may have its own costs. Payment is made when the transaction is approved.

Klarna
We also offer payment via Klarna , which offers flexible payment solutions. See Klarna customer service for information about which options apply in your country.

Promotional codes
Promotional codes must be entered during checkout to be valid. Codes cannot be added after purchase is complete.

FEES AND CUSTOMS

Within Norway
All prices on www.monikerman.no are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT).

International orders – DAP (Delivered at Place)
All orders shipped outside of Norway are delivered on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that the recipient is responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by the destination country in order to have the package released.

These costs are not included in the total price at checkout and are not covered by Moniker Sport.
We have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they will be.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on applicable rates before placing your order.

Refusal to pay customs duties
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Any import fees

  • The cost of returning the package to Moniker Sport

In some cases, the carrier may destroy the package if it is deemed abandoned. Such orders do not qualify for a refund.

Refund upon return
Customs duties and taxes are not refunded upon return.

DELIVERY

At Moniker Man we use Bring , PorterBuddy and DHL as our delivery partners. You can also choose to pick up your package at our store in Oslo.

Delivery times:

  • PorterBuddy: Delivery directly to your door in the Oslo area within a few hours if you order before 1:00 PM the same day.

  • Bring: Delivery within 1–4 business days throughout Norway.

  • Outside Norway: DHL Express (DAP) – delivery normally within 2–5 business days.

  • Pick up in store: Moniker Man Valkyrien, Valkyriegata 3, 0366 Oslo.

Notification:

  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

  • Once your order is packed and ready for pickup by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • The carrier will notify you via email or SMS when the package is on its way or ready for pickup.

  • If you have selected "Pick up in store", you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

Orders placed in someone else's name without consent, or otherwise misused, will be reported to the authorities.
Moniker Sport reserves the right to change prices, correct errors and cancel orders due to pricing errors or discontinued products.
If payment has not been received, Moniker Sport may automatically cancel the order.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at post@monikerman.no If the order has already been shipped, you will need to receive the package and then register a return.

RETURNS

You can return goods in the following ways:

  1. Deliver the item directly to our store in Oslo.

  2. Log in to your profile, view your orders, and select the order you want to return by clicking "Request a return" and following the steps.

  3. If you are not resident in Norway, contact us at post@monikerman.no to create a return.

  4. If you choose to return the item on your own, you will pay the carrier directly.

Return deadlines and conditions:

  • You have 14 days to cancel from the date you receive the item.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

  • The return must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return costs:

  • Within Norway: 69 NOK (deducted from the refund).

  • International: 199 NOK (deducted from the refund).

  • If you ship the item yourself, you will cover the shipping costs yourself.

Refund:
Once we have received and inspected the item, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be credited back to the same payment method within a few business days.

EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS

We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at post@monikerman.no and send the item to:
Moniker Man, Ole Vigs gate 24, 0366 Oslo.

Complaints:
Always check the item upon receipt. If the item is incorrect, damaged or does not match the order, contact us within 14 days at post@monikerman.no .
Please provide your order number and describe the problem - we will send you further instructions for return.

Defective items will be exchanged for a similar product if available in stock. If the item is out of stock, the purchase price will be refunded.

PRIVACY

When you shop at Moniker Sport, we store the necessary personal information to complete your purchase.
We treat the information confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time.
We also use cookies to improve the user experience on the website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Moniker Sport reserves the right to change prices, product descriptions, images and offers without notice.
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary depending on your screen settings.
All images on the website are illustrations and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.

LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Moniker Sport is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from delays, technical errors, data errors or events beyond our control.
In the event of circumstances such as war, natural disasters, strikes, public restrictions, fire, flood, sabotage, transport failure or similar events, Moniker Sport is exempt from liability.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the website – including images, text, logos and designs – belongs to Moniker Sport AS or its licensors, and is protected by copyright.
The content may not be copied or used without written consent.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

The goods remain the property of Moniker Sports until full payment has been received.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be handled by Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the venue, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
